  4. This soup is so good! Sarah made this with a mix of vegetables instead of just cauliflower, and subbed in sweet potatoes for a little extra super food. Yum!

  7. I decided to puree the soup because the chunks of cauliflower seemed too big floating around in it. I really liked it pureed! And I served it at room temp with everyone’s choice of roasted shaved fennel or hard boiled eggs. I could picture using this as a sauce for a curry or as a dip with some crusty bread also (will have that today for lunch!). Great recipe, Joanne!
