  5. I hadn’t had kale in over a year. {Let’s just say I went on an over compulsive kick and it got “kicked” out of the house for a while.}

    I just HAPPENED to make a different dish with kale last week, I was craving it. Little did I know the recipe this week would have filled my craving perfectly. The German brown coal leftovers were perfect for these burritos! My lucky day.
