I set out to create a Peach-Cabernet Sauvignon Sorbet . . . but I wasn’t crazy about it, so I started again and made a Peach-Coconut Sorbet. Much better! Great summertime choice, Jennifer! http://joinmefordinner.wordpress.com/2012/07/22/peachy-coconut-sorbet/
I used organic blueberries and lavender sugar to create my sorbet. Instead of alcohol I used apple juice 😉
I made ice cream sandwiches with the blueberry gin sorbet I made

I kept it simple by making this easy yet bursting-with-flavour blueberry plum granita. A great summer recipe choice Jennifer! http://vanillalemon.com/2012/07/23/blueberry-plum-granita/
This was a great choice, Jennifer! I found myself digging into the freezer more than once last night with a spoon. http://fledglingfoodie.com/2012/07/22/raspberry-cabernet-sorbet/
I kept it simple and followed along with the original recipe, but honestly I wasn’t too big of a fan. I think next time I’ll use blackberries instead: http://adrienneats.blogspot.com/2012/07/raspberry-malbec-sorbet.html

Love all of these interpretations! Perfect summertime inspiration. I made a frozen peach + basil sangria, with tequila! http://www.20somethingcupcakes.com/2012/07/frozen-peach-basil-sangria/
I went dairy free by using coconut milk and eliminated the need for sugar by using pineapple in 100% pinapple juice – Coconut Pinapple Sorbet.
I made a raspberry rose sorbet — one of my favorites! http://www.givingtable.org/blog/2012/7/23/the-food-matters-project-raspberry-rose-sorbet.html
I had some difficulty with this seemingly simple – and wonderful – summertime treat.

Wow, what a great collection of different fruit sorbets right here on this page! We kept the recipe the same but did strawberry with triple sec. Definitely a good one to keep adapting.

This recipe was so simple and so delicious. I always have greek yogurt and frozen fruit on hand so this one is a keeper!
Strawberry Pinot Sorbet
I used the recipe as inspiration for a quick, fresh Sangria. I can’t wait to check out your sorbets!

I made a recipe for a frozen yogurt (made out of almond milk and bananas) but color-wise it does not look very appetizing. I’ll nix a post just because it’s not so pretty! Great idea for the Food Matter Project!!!

Great pick Jennifer! I used fresh local raspberries and cheap Italian limoncello. Delish!

I made a raspberry and pinot nior sauce to put on top of the BEST homemade dark chocolate ice cream ever! Perfect recipe for a hot and muggy day!

Unfortunately I’m traveling today…typing from the Dallas airport so missing out on fun in the kitchen! All of your posts are making me want to head over to the frozen yogurt place a couple of gates down! 🙂
Great choice Jennifer! I made a green tea, raspberry and mint version.
