I made my cauliflower into a soup instead. Specifically, cauliflower soup with aged cheddar and mustard croutons (from Heidi Swanson’s cookbook Super Natural Every Day). Delicious!!!!!!!

it is finally here- the week of our move. My husband would “kill” me if I now go out and buy food 😉 We have to clean out our freezer and no cauliflower in sight buh. Hope to be back next week!
