  1. I made mine close to the original version with butternut, apple, onion, and garlic but added roasted celeriac and flavored it with Indian spices. It has been a delicious detox soup to enjoy post-Thanksgiving! Will post after work tonight! 🙂

  5. I LOVED this recipe! And also loved reading everyone else’s takes. I made it close to the orginal but with turkey bacon. Unfortunately I made this after it was too dark out to photograph it, and then the next day it was consumed too fast before I could take a picture of it. D’oh! If only food blogging pics were easier!
