This week we explored the flavors of Japan with Sesame Noodles, Spinach, and Salmon. We had so many creative variations, replacing the salmon with sea bass, crab, shrimp, ahi, tofu and even grilled lamb! We were all in agreement that this was a great recipe. We also welcomed our newest member Anita of Cooking Poetry!
