This week we tackled Jook, a Chinese comfort food in the form of a rice-based soup – and in true Food Matters Project fashion, we loaded it up with vegetables. Check out our Pinterest board for more inspiration.

Next Monday is our 1 year anniversary! Can you believe the Food Matters Project has been at it a whole year?! Shout outs to Kate and Sarah who got this all started and hope to see you cooking along with Sandra’s selection, Polenta Cakes with Garlicky Mushrooms (page 81).
