Chocolate Tofu Ice Cream by this week’s host, Meg of Fledgling Foodie.

Thanks to Meg for choosing this week’s recipe – Chocolate ice cream from tofu! A great recipe that inspired a Kumquat Orange Sorbet, Strawberry Cabernet Sorbet and a Chocolate Banana Ice Cream. We loved this recipe, perfect as we head toward summer!
