Week 70 in Review


Cannellini with Shredded Brussels Sprouts and Sausage by this week’s host, Erin of The Goodness Life.

Thanks to Erin for choosing this week’s recipe – This recipe made such a tasty main course. Even Brussels Sprouts haters would like this dish. It was versatile too. Amaranth greens worked well as a substitute for the Brussels Sprouts and Keely used lentils instead of cannellini beans and served it over farro.
