Thanks to Keely for choosing this week’s recipe – Only two of us cooked this week, everyone else really missed out. Keely loaded her stir-fry with lots of veggies and served it over purple rice! I followed the recipe but served it over a bed of kaffir lime leaves for extra flavor. Hope you guys try it, we really loved this recipe.
